If you have read my post on how to get some motivation for the gym (you can here if you haven’t) you will know that one of my biggest motivation for the gym is social media! The world of social media is an amazing platform to get inspiration for the gym as there are so many fitness accounts to follow to get ideas of what workouts you can do in the gym and at home. So I thought I would share my top five female fitness accounts that I follow on Instagram to help you out!
Krissy is my ultimate girls crush, she works so hard and is a total inspiration for all girls in general life, not just in the gym. She is currently studying Law at Uni yet still manages to work our every day and run her fitness business on the side. Her body is amazing and she is always uploading what she does in the gym to her Instagram account, I have copied some of her workouts in the past and they are so good! Go check her out here.
Although her Instagram makes me so envious that the lives in constant sunshine (Australia) compared to the constant rain we have, she still gives me such good gym inspiration. She is a model, entrepreneur and health guru. She shows her workouts from at home, hotel rooms and the gym so there really is no excuse. Go check her out here.
Known on Instagram as ‘Stef_fit’ she uploads her workouts practically everyday! So if I am ever in the gym and want to do a quick workout focusing on a certain area I look at her page and use one of her workouts. I have also started to save all my favourite workouts to my Instagram so they are always easy to access. Go check her out here.
Two words. Booty Goals. She literally makes we want to go to the gym every single day to and achieve her bum, ultimate inspiration! She also as shares her opinions on gym clothes as well on her youtube channel, which I also love to watch! Go check her out here
With over 1.3Million followers, you cannot look at her page at not instantly be inspired to hit the gym! I find her workouts so varied and helpful, there is always something that catches my eye. Go check her out here.
